I have been dealing with Citrus Equipment for over eight years and have purchased two Toro Super Recycler mowers. You have always been fair on price, prompt on service, and given excellent tips on keeping my equipment maintained. You are well stocked on parts and cheerfully tend to my every need. The Toro mower makes clippings go away and leaves a beautiful lawn. The Echo blowers and other equipment I have purchased all keep my home looking great with a minimum of effort. From the great personalized service, to the honest approach they extend us, we could not be more pleased. The repair work is spot on, and timely. They are always available for any questions we may have, and have shared some info we successfully applied. Wouldnt do without them!

Citrus Equipment has been our only go to place for all of our lawn equipment and parts needed for at least the last 6 years. After going through a few different lawn mower businesses that left us feeling robbed and wronged by them. Being a lawn service, if equipment breaks or messes up, so do scedules and making money. The people at Citrus Equipment understand and work with us. The front desk people really know what they are doing. They are all nice and very helpful. The mechanics do excellent work and go beyond just finding and fixing our problem they make sure everything is working properly before giving us a call its ready. They warranty and garantee thier equipment that we buy and never has tried to make money off of us for extras added on. A real Honest, Trustworthy Company with Friendly, Helpful people there to help. I had bought a brand new Generac power washer through Amazon. Took it out of the box to find mounting bolts missing and the remainder loose. So after replacing I fire up the motor only to find gas pouring out of the carburetor. Even after checking the float it was still flooding. Not happy I took it to Citrus as the nearest authorized repair. Just so happened the owner was working the counter. I told him about the situation. He immediately took the washer in and pulled a tech off another job. I waited 20 minutes later and got it back. They broke the carb down cleaned and put it back together and runs like a champ. That is true customer service, even when I didn’t buy from them. I will bypass many others in the future to bring my business to him. Thanks Citrus Equipment.

Just purchased a Toro ZTR mower. Offer on my trade was very reasonable, price on the mower was competitive. Great transaction. Professional people, good service, good advice and great equipment. Can’t ask for anything better. I just wish I could get them to cut my grass!!!

One of the best customer service experiences I ever had. I came in with a walk behind Toro that stopped working after only 3-4 months. The folks at Citrus Equipment and Repair, Inc. spent months fighting with Toro and Briggs and Stratton, trying to get the manufacturers to do the right thing and pay for a replacement mower engine. Ultimately, they were successful. From the owner, to the counter staff to the mechanics, everyone at the store treated me in a professional manner. I always felt like a priority whenever I got an update on my warranty claim. What a great experience! We are lucky to have such a high-level store in Citrus County.

You can’t find a better place to do business with. Glenn Yox really knows how to take care of his customers and his team is the best. I will always bring my machines here and can’t speak more highly of how I was treated. Honesty is often hard to find in the service business but these guys are at the top of my list.
